Move. Nourish. Restore.

A full day of Pilates, nature, nourishing food, sauna, cold water, relaxation and time just for you.

RETREAT AT THE STABLES

A day to move, breathe, nourish, reconnect and completely switch off.

9:30am – approximately 5:30pm

Welcome to Retreat at The Stables.

This is your opportunity to step away from everyday life for the day and enjoy a beautiful combination of movement, relaxation, nourishing food, nature and time just for you.

The day has been intentionally designed to feel relaxed and unhurried. The itinerary below is a guide, and timings may move slightly as we make our way through the day.

YOUR RETREAT DAY

9:30–10:30am | ARRIVE, SETTLE & WELCOME

Arrive anytime from 9:30am, get comfortable and take some time to settle into your surroundings.

Enjoy a welcome drink, meet the rest of the group and ease gently into the day.

There is no rushing. This first hour is simply about arriving and switching off.

10:30–11:30am | PILATES

We’ll begin our retreat with a full-body Pilates session.

Expect a combination of mobility, strength, balance, flowing movement and stretching, finishing with an opportunity to slow everything down.

The session will be suitable for different abilities, with options throughout.

11:30am–12:00pm | MID-MORNING SNACK

Time to refuel and relax.

Our mid-morning snack will include homemade healthy energy balls, with two per person, alongside refreshments.

12:00–1:00pm | FREE TIME & EXPLORE

This hour is completely yours.

Explore the grounds, head out for a walk, find somewhere peaceful to sit, chat with the group or simply enjoy doing absolutely nothing.

There is no organised activity you have to join. Choose what feels good for you.

1:00–2:00pm | LUNCH

We’ll come back together for a relaxed plant-based lunch with drinks.

Take your time, enjoy your food and recharge before our afternoon of hot, cold and calm.

2:00–3:30pm | HOT, COLD & CALM

During the afternoon we’ll split into smaller groups and rotate through the different experiences.

Sauna

The sauna has a maximum capacity of five people, with approximately 20–30 minutes recommended inside.

Cold plunge & outdoor cold shower

For those who would like to experience the cold, both the plunge and outdoor cold shower will be available.

Participation in the cold element is completely optional.

Immersive headphone relaxation

While other guests are using the sauna and cold facilities, the Pilates room will become a calm relaxation space.

Put on the headphones, get comfortable and enjoy an immersive guided relaxation away from everything else.

There will be time for everyone to enjoy the different elements without feeling rushed.

3:30–4:00pm | SHOWER, CHANGE & RESET

After the sauna and cold experience, there will be time to take a warm shower, get dry and change into something warm and comfortable.

We’ll then make our way to the roundhouse.

4:00pm | GATHER AROUND THE FIRE

We’ll meet together at the roundhouse with the fire lit and take some time to simply slow down.

A chance to chat, reflect on the day and enjoy the surroundings.

5:00–5:30pm | JOURNAL, REFLECT & RELAX

We’ll finish our retreat together with some gentle guided journal prompts and a final relaxation.

A quiet opportunity to reflect on the day and take a little of that feeling of calm home with you.

We expect to finish at approximately 5:30pm.

A LITTLE NOTE BEFORE YOU COME

This day isn’t about fitting as much as possible into a schedule.

It’s about giving yourself permission to slow down.

Move your body. Eat good food. Get outside. Try something new. Sit around the fire. Talk. Laugh. Be quiet. Rest.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

For one day, just arrive and let everything else wait.
