Hi I’m Sioned Allan and i’m so glad you’re here!
My passion is supporting women in Lampeter and across Ceredigion to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident whether you’re just starting out with exercise, getting back into it, or moving through peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond.
At Sioned Allan Fitness, there’s something for everyone. From high-energy classes like Strong Station, Clubbercise, Knockout 30, Barbelles, and Kettlebelles, to restorative sessions like Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates, each class is designed to help you feel empowered in body and mind.
If you prefer a slower start to the day, there’s Sunrise & Sculpt or Walk Fit to keep you moving at your own pace. Alongside group classes, I also offer 1:1 and small-group personal training, 1:1 Pilates sessions, and a library of online on-demand workouts so you can stay active anytime, anywhere.
Because women’s health is at the heart of what I do, I provide specialist support through my Her Hormones series, guiding women through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause with tailored fitness and lifestyle advice.
