Hi, I’m Sioned. I’ve been a fitness instructor and PT for over 12 years now, in that time I’ve had the pleasure of meeting & instructing so many men and women. During those years I’ve taught a variety of classes along the way always adapting and trying all the new trends. The most important thing to me is keeping it real, I want everyone who comes to class to feel comfortable. I am a mum of four, I’m constantly juggling everything, I have a weakness for Prossecco and love nothing more than a good night out. I love that my clients know that and know they will be welcomed and looked after in my classes at all times. I love nothing more than receiving a message or having a chat with my clients on how they enjoyed a certain class or how happy they were to lose stubborn lbs after working out. I get to be a part of that journey with them and nothing could be better. Join me on my new venture bringing the workouts to you in your home.

A great idea by fitness instructor Sioned Allan, who is running online classes to raise money for frontline NHS staff at Glangwili Hospital during the coronavirus lockdown.
The classes are free in exchange for a donation at www.justgiving.com/fundraising/sionedallanfitness
There have been exercise opportunities galore-from bootcamps to ballroom jive, aerobics and strength, HIIT to legs bums and tums, and lots more to come. the take -up has been amazing with some videos hitting nearly 2,000views.
Sioned said ‘I’ve been busy fundraising for the ICU department in Glangwili in support of my friend Meryl Jenkins and her colleagues who work there. I’m a fitness instructor and missing my job so much that I thought I would use my platform on social media to provide free workouts but just asking for a small donation on my just giving page in return.
I was inspired by the commitment of the staff especially mothers like Meryl who have isolated from their families, husband & kids for seven weeks whilst they are navigating their way through COVID 19. I wanted to help in any way I could to make life a bit easier for the staff by providing funding for anything they need.

Am i in a contract?
No, it’s renewed every month from the date you started by you. You will lose access after a month and to renew, you will send me an email requesting access and transfer the money. Easy! You’re in control .
Can i get a refund?
No refunds as you are not bound into a contract, once you sign up for a month there is no need to do anything if you no longer want to access the service.
I dont have paypal, can i still sign up?
Yes, you don’t have to have PayPal to sign up. If you donโt have a PayPal account, you can create a new account before you pay. If you donโt want to create an account, you can pay using a credit or debit card.
I would like to sign up & pay upfront for 3 / 6 months at a time?
As we are new to this new service ‘On-Demand’ please bear with us whilst we get started. However please email & let me know and we can do our best to sort that out.
